    @YourGodisBlind, @Micker003 thought of this thread through and he seems to be right about it. There are plenty of users who are really suspicious and the gamehag admins seems to be blind about it. Don't expect Misty (an automated bot; unsure way of speaking to the admins directly) would help this situation. You should think of your answer more than just letting other gamehag users's topic go down the drain. @Micker003 has been here in gamehag for a long time now and he knows how this site works. You're probably new so you wouldn't understand. Also, if you think this thread could be regarded as spam, you should think again and reflect and know what spam really means. I've cheked your forum activity and you keep on spouting nonsense comments that should even be kept to yourself as it could be regarded as spam here on gamehag. I'm pretty sure you've not even read the full page of what spam really is here in gamehag.

    This topic has already been discussed plenty of times already. Next time, before you even ask questions, make sure to search for it first, any duplicate thread could be regarded as spam and may result to penalties such as experience loss or even gamehag baniment.

    To answer your question, gamehag actually has a stock for their CSGO skins. Also, these are the skins that will be sent to you whenever you purchase those specific skins that you've always wanted, including their quality whatsover.

    Most skins that I have received from them has a bad quality. If you check their inventory, you will see what kind of qualities they have in stock.

    In the end, you will not know what kind of quality you'll be able to get, but please know that gamehag always tries their best to give you the best quality they can get as possible, also please know that they have their own limitations, if you don't like what you received then you may contact support for it and ask them to change it politely.

    One thing for sure regarding csgo skins is that, it takes a really long time to receive the reward, maybe on other rewards too since customer service is really really really bad here, i'm not even exaggerating.

If not, then don't use "we", if so, then there must be a reasonable reason why they said to stop complaining, either that specific user is unreasonably complaining like a kid or is going against the terms/rules within the forums section, so are you considered as one of them?.

    Unfortunately, the rules cannot be read outside the forum/discussions section. Gamehag moderators have set the rules for gamehag on their created threads, you may have to search for it though.

    I have searched some of them for you, if you encounter any questions that needs to be tackled/discussed that haven't been discussed inside the forum, please feel free to create a thread for it. Although, creating threads that have been already discussed before could be regarded as spam and may result to penalties (more information regarding spamming is seen on the link i've provided below)

    Furthermore, if you have any problems regarding the reward process, you should contact support, I'll also be providing you the link for their contact and another alternative to contact support, they'll be helping you with your reward if you create a ticket (creating a ticket is another way of asking for help).

    @Sebastian50, I don't think that so-called 'bot' you mentioned is the one validating the articles on gamehag. I think it is manually validated by the gamehag moderators as far as I can remember, basically, if they think that your article is spam then it is spam. I may not have an extensive knowledge regarding the articles section but I have read those threads who had the same problem as yours and with the moderators reply to them.

    Please take note that 24 hours is just an estimation for you to receive your reward. The maximum waiting time for all rewards is 30 days according to gamehag terms. If your reward doesn't come in less than or in 30 days then you may contact support - [email protected], also, you may be refunded for it. Please be patient for your reward.

    In addition to what @Bjobjokke said, you might be temporarily banned for that considering the amount of spam threads and comments you have created, please be ready for your penalty and don't complain any further since you already know what you did that caused that certain penalty, complaining more will have you lose more than you gain.

    Please note that 30 days is the maximum waiting time for a CSGO skin to arrive to your steam account, and it's still 'almost a month', please be patient, it'll come, else, gamehag will give you a refund for it. It's frustrating and contacting support/misty won't really be the solution for it. They would just tell you to wait and be patient.

    In addition, that '24 hours' thing is just an estimation to your needed waiting time,it doesn't necessarily mean that you'll receive it after 24 hours, please search for other threads that cover this topic, you'll learn more and actually see that plenty of people have experienced this kind of problem.

    Is is possible to cancel an ordered reward? Since I know it probably won't arrive (since most of my experiences with this is just pure disappointment), rather than waiting for it, might as well take back the given SGs and buy something new.

    This is for users who actually know something and not for those users who are just desperate to gain experiences (spammers), I won't tolerate spam comments, I will immediately report them.

    It's the same here for me, I just opened it right now and it somehow logged me out even though it was set to logged in, and I currently can't login again. I assume that they are doing a maintenance check(?). Let's just to wait for it and hope it'll come back again. Browser mode still works, so it's still good.
