Tasks being wrongfully rejected has happened to me ever since I started using this website, but most times in the past I could just contact support through Misty and they would take care of it. With my two most recent attempts on World of Tanks and Crossout however, the tasks are being rejected and support is not helping. I looked in the forums for both games and noticed that other people are having trouble with this too. My guess is that with the current state of the Corona virus quarantine, there are more people staying inside, and more people attempting tasks. Gamehag is probably overtaxed and is in a position where they can't give out as many Soul Gems to meet the demand, so they are rejecting legitimate task completions.

I personally don't recommend trying to do the tasks for this game. I thought it would be feasible to do it, since this is basically just another clone of those timed city builder games. However, the way this one is balanced makes it excessively difficult to achieve the tasks without spending real money.

The rate of resource accumulation is very slow relative to the costs of research and production, compared to other similar games. Once you get to around level 9 or 10 on your buildings, it takes about 2ish days to accrue the resources necessary to begin a building upgrade or research project. The problem is that in that time you are likely to be attacked by other players who will steal your resources. Getting enough troops for defense will take away from the resources you would use for building or researching, and there will always be someone at a higher level than you who just has superior troops.
