the robux on gamehag was discounted to about 8 soul gems per robux now it's back to it's normal price of i think 32 or something , when and will they be discounted again??

Idk I think they are trying to make it so that less people are ordering robux so they have more breathing room to deliver other rewards such as CS GO skins.
