У меня тоже самое,писал в техподдержку 5 раз,говорят что нужно создать новую учетную запись и отослать скриншот,отправил я скрин еще раз в разных форматах и формах,но они отклоняет и не хотят принимать,не знаю почему они не хотят принимать у всех

Если да,то надо поменять ник в вар тандере,либо(как я сделал) создать новую учетную запись в вар тандере.
