ElPollo j'ai eu ce problème aujourd'hui même, j'ai envoyé un ticket au support et en une dizaine de minutes ma tâche a été acceptée. 
War thunder, World of Warship pour PC ou Rise of kingdoms pour mobile, sont de très bons jeux pour gagner des PA ^^ Je vous les conceille !!
Et comme quelqu'un a pu l'indiquer un peu plus haut, les niveaux sont représentés par les médailles (ou étoiles) militaires que vous pouvez consulter via l'onglet profil ;)
Pour la tâche 3, dites vous simplement que vous devez jouer 150 batailles au total, ce qui prend quelques bonnes heures de jeu soit dit en passant ^^
Le jeu est cool, mais ça reste tout de même un jeu mobile avec les restrictions que l'on connait si bien. Je conseillerai aux nouveaux de faire la tache de ce jeu, elle est assez longue, mais elle rapporte un gros butin ^^
Tu peux seulement acheter des récompenses grâce aux gemmes à partir du niveau 3 ^^
