No estoy al 100% seguro pero creo que depende del juego, por lo que he visto en juegos online competitivos normalmente no. Claro si es un juego de tu y el juego nada mas seguramente si porque no influye, yo mismo use simulador android y no he tenido problema pero el unico juego online que he jugado con eso el el clash of clans y no he tenido problema. Supongo que la respuesta final por mi parte es que depende de los terminos y condiciones del juego
Si hablamos de comprar creo que en steam hay mas ofertas y variedad que en epic games. En epic games como regalan juegos pues todos nos encariñamos XD pero aunque tambien tiene buenos juegos y eso, yo compro en los dos la verdad depende de donde este el juego que me guste y la oferta si hay basicamente :) eso si, si decimos ponernos solo a explorar juegos pues en steam
