i got 1000 from a incident which I had to be refunded a game I didn't want
Soo... Verification failed for me about a month ago making a Gajin account. You could've just let us send a photo of Gajin sending us a verification email. Instead, tens of hundreds of other users and I get locked out in over 8000K of soul gems, an entire event, and 4 chests. This is a "bit" overkill... don't you think?

This is off-topic, but my browser is saying that Gamehag was blocked from accessing my motion sensors. As far as I know, they have no reason to do so. So why are they?
Gamehag should improve their verification system for completing in-game tasks. I mean seriously, you can lose out on hundreds or even thousands of Soul Gems just because it didn't work properly. On some games, you are only allowed to make one account per email. It creates problems as you are locked out of that task permanently. And since Gajin is one of those video game companies that only allow one account per email, including the fact they develop multiple games. You get locked out of even more tasks. This is because there is no way to do that task without violating Gamehag's ToS (Terms of Service). Under section 2, statement 11, " The user may have only one account on the Portal. In the event of detecting any other accounts of the user, the administrator issues bans to all of the accounts of the user." They should at least notify you if you verified or not. No offense in this next statement. One of the staff knew that I was having problems in one of the games that you are only allowed to have one account per email on, yet they still said: "And create a new account via our link and clear the task again." To put it simply, If verification fails and you can't make another account under the same email, you are locked out of the task. If I overlooked or missed anything feel free to comment.
