Of course if u open 10 chests u probably get nothing good, but maybe sometimes u if u lucky u can earn smth good. It's simply that % in chests are low.

And you can't change gems for rewards if you are not lvl3 at least. I bought two chests and I got pretty good rewards. One random steam game was worth 3$ and I got csgo item 10$ worth wich is great.

i think the robux chest is good because you have more higer than lower rewards so a higer chance to get a bigger reward than the prize of the chest

The free chests might be better such as Steam daily chest which is kind of good because every 24 hours u can open the chest and if you are lucky you can get about 1000 SG
