no this quest is not broken, its just the moderation/ Quest verify team cant verify that you have used it for 2 days. i think you would need to contact support and ask them to help you, thank you for your time

To get gems, once you open Opera GX yall need to log in with an account (upper right corner), just like Lunatix_ has said. I personally logged in with my Google account and immediately got the gems. No screenshots needed.
