Ayer pedí una tarjeta de 5 EUR de Amazon y me han devuelto las gemas. Es raro, si.
He visto que hay dos opciones para canjear bajo el epígrafe Amazon, una que es Gift Certificate (actualmente no disponible) y otra que es Rewards. El Gift Certificate es un cheque regalo, pero no tengo ni idea de qué es lo de Rewards. ¿Es lo mismo con distinto nombre?
A mi han tardado más de un mes en entregarme dos claves de juegos obtenidas a partir de los cofres gratuitos, pero al final me las han acabado dando. No se qué estará pasando.

Ya me puse en contacto con ellos. Como lo canjeó por una skin de CS se aplicó en su cuenta de Steam directamente y no pueden anularlo. Lo unico que me dicen es que ponga otra contraseña y que no la comparta (algo que ya hice tras el hackeo). Por eso pido lo del 2FA.
Anteayer alguien accedió a mi cuenta, me vendió todas las runas y canjeó todas mis gemas que estaba guardando para canjearla por un cheque de Amazon. No quiero que vuelva a suceder, así que pido desde aquí que pongan un sistema de doble autenticación para la página. ¿Alguien más se suma a la petición?
