Inquiry regarding rejected Robux redemption and sudden gem deduction

Hello Gamehag Support,

My withdrawal request of 500 gems for Robux was recently rejected, and the gems were returned to my balance. However, right after that, an administrator executed an "Admin Add" action and deducted 142 gems from my account without any explanation.

I have attached a screenshot of my account notifications as proof. Could you please review this and clarify why these 142 gems were removed from my balance?
