how do I get a trading license in adopt me?

I have been trying to get a trading license for many days for many days. so does anyone know how to do so

n order to take the test, you must go to the Safety Hub, which is situated between the Hat Shop and a bridge. Inside, you have to go down the stairs and under the stairs, there is a large door that leads to the Trade License test area.
