In my opinion, bloxburg is better. In bloxburg, you can build a house and work to earn more money but in rocitizens, there isn't much to do.

Bloxberg is fun and you can do a lot more on there. However, it costs robux and not many people are able to afford it. Rocitizens is free and anyone can play but it is limiting on what it can do. In all Bloxberg is the better game.

Bloxburg is more interactive when it comes to houses and earning money to build the house, unlike rocitizen you earn money to buy a house and it's furnitures inside. But, when it comes to jobs I'll go with Rocitizen.
