Gamehag changed the mission wording to "level 12 castle," much clearer than before. Upgrading feels really slow and unlike other kingdom builder games, the "building X level Y required to level up this building Z" placeholder text doesn't automatically lead you to the screen for building X, and you have to hunt down the building yourself ON a freaking map, not a list! Easier to just follow the mission flowchart if you don't want to play a hidden images game ;)
Been playing it a little bit and I'm not sure what makes me "level up". Is it my hero level? If so, then how do I increase my hero level?
The game UI is ugly and clunky, feels like it was designed for a smartphone. The kingdom building mimics other "build-your-own" systems like Clash of Clans but with weird, irregularly polygonal preset boundaries. If you want to play at kingdoms, Vikings is a much better choice.
