malice505: there's probably a lot of similar tickets too

ngtrihieu312021: okay I'm sorry I won't ask for anything anymore

malice505: hmm it's been 2 days now (it's just a game key) so I've been wondering if i should open a ticket but they probably have a lot going on so dont wanna be a bother

hanfred: can't miss it

hanfred: you'll get a mail when it's processed

malice505: *redemptions

malice505: any news about the withdrawal that we made before the rain disappeared and weren't processed to this day😭

hanfred: very greedy

hanfred: yeah does not make sense asking for that especially if you contribute zero to nothing

Hardilaziz Singh: because things weren't right for some time

Hardilaziz Singh: compenstaions? bruh seriously? they give you the best site to maake money and still have to give compensations

ngtrihieu312021: :((

ngtrihieu312021: that's it

ngtrihieu312021: oh my God I live in a different time zone

hanfred: like 12 hours ago or so

ngtrihieu312021: 15k rain when?

hanfred: if you missed that, that's your bad :(

hanfred: and the rain where the admin donated?

hanfred: did you not join the 15k rain earlier?

ngtrihieu312021: compensation for the inconveniences lately like discord, rain...

hanfred: you can earn some extra gems

hanfred: compensation for what

ngtrihieu312021: can I claim some gems as compensation?

hanfred: best is to open a support ticket and send the admins your suggestions directly

Hardilaziz Singh: admins have shit ton to fix. and false advertisements maybe thee least priority

Mahdi Rahman: why they still advertising it in the chat like this

hanfred: discord is gone forever, spread the word

Mahdi Rahman: the discord up yet? anyone?
