Io non sono un esperto ma mi è successo per esempio con star wars battlefront II il caso opposto ovvero che la gpu supera i requisiti raccomandati e la cpu è sotto a quelli minimi, a me va senza grandi problemi e senza danni al pc, però ribadisco, non sono un esperto perciò nel tuo caso non saprei ma direi che può girare, magari non con impostazioni grafiche max però a basso/medio si
