fr i dont know either, mine got rejected too

same, there doesnt seem to be any mention of the first steps after you have finished them anywhere in the game so you effectively cant screenshot that you have completed them... unless i have to screenshot something else. This quest seems like another of those "impossible" to complete cause there is no way to show them that you have done the task... i reached level 5 already with the engineers and did some for another with about 26 games... took a screenshot of this but they rejected it and didnt even give the reason why it was rejected.
