The issue/question(s): Just want to know how the Magic Shield works in this matter. If I do X tasks , am I protected for X times 7 days or do I get a Magic Shield for 7 days only?

Thanks Sebastian. That's what I thought. So getting SG from the Appzone resets the Magic Shield.

How to rank up fast? i need a level 3 to claim reward

Sorry for interfering here, please. @faysal7729 , there are lots of threads about ranking and levelling up on General Discussions forum and there is a whole FAQ and some guides about it. In brief - write comments and make game tasks marked as giving experience. As for comments, five of them per day will give you XP, but do not spam with them and do not copy other's comments, too, as this may cause decreasing of XP and lead to a ban.

Also, please, use the template mentioned by @t4tsumihyaku in the beginning of the thread when writing your questions here :) Sorry again. I only hope I could help.

(Optional) Note: Hi, i wrote two articles one about Microsoft who was declined for OFF Topic reason and one about Gta San Andreas Multiplay for bad formating. Ok i understand about the first one, but what about the second. I need answers from the moderator who rejected it. I think i created this article very helpful and it looks good with no type mistakes, i also add some videos about it and the reason is bad formating?? I`ve seen so much worse articles who are accepted and we voted for them. They have so much type errors with no images or videos and still got accepted. If my reward is too expensive for that we can make a deal its not a problem, but i think my article looks awesome. Thank you very much, and i dont want answers like they know what are they doing or you got your answer, i know but i need to know what is my mistakes and how to correct them if there is a mistake. I am just asking the moderator who rejected my article to give me some answers and what is wrong with that article who i think looks awesome.

The issue/question(s): Appzone randomally stopped giving Soul Gems.
Note: For whatever reason, Appzone has randomally decided to stop giving me SGs even tho I have not reached the daily limit. This seemed to happen after weekly chests randomly started working again. I really need this fixed cause I have no other way to prevent the frog thing.

The issue/question(s): A seem-to-be bug with Mountain Treasure III Chest
Note: Well, I got somehow used to the issues with chests - I mean, their incorrect time displaying, or issues with Monthly Chest, etc. As for the event chests, I noticed that it is difficult for the user to track for sure whether enough SG has been collected to open the chest. So, more to the point: this is what the chest I'm talking about looked like before: http://prntscr.com/trpl69 . As you can see it in my profile, I've collected enough SG. So now the chest looks like this: http://prntscr.com/trpkf9 . The "Open chest" button has appeared. However, when I click on it, the following error appears: http://prntscr.com/trpkrq . Therefore, I want to a) figure out what is wrong; b) simply add my voice to the number of people disgruntled about various problems with chests.

Issue: Article getting rejected as spam
Note: My article 'Spec Ops: The Line' was neither rejected nor accepted since 2days after I sent it and the 'Being verified' was not there, so i sent another one. Then it got rejected for spelling errors(there was just 1) and then the second for spam. Ok i understand about the second one so i sent another after some time, it too got rejected for spam. Please look into it, I assure the quality is just like my last 2 articles. My Ansus rune is being wasted in this course of time.

Issue: Reward arrived late.
Note: Hello, moderators/admins. I have a question that needed an explanation. Does purchasing rewards with fast delivery (within 24h), mean that the reward will definitely be received in 24h? Or Gamehag will have at most 30 days to send the reward? (according to the terms)
Does "The reward is being prepared for dispatch." mean that the reward is being verified and is not counted in the 24h timing too?

I cannot help you with this issue because this bug is common, and I think that the best thing to do is ask Misty if she could give you an appropriate explication.
The reason I cannot give you a solution is that it all depends on your device, the apps you use, even the version of the Gamehag app you're currently utilizing with.
IMO, because of that, I'd say that I won't be useful in this case.

You can use the following methods to contact support:

I guess I have an explanation, but since I didn't encounter such issues, I cannot tell to what extent my interpretations could be right.

So, this is a bug that occurs when you haven't collected the necessary amount of soul gems(3k SG in this case).

About the appearance of the "Open Chest" button; that's because the system itself is a little bit messed up. You cannot open the chest because some methods of earning don't count.

However, if you know users that are encountering the same issue, then please, give me their nicknames, so I can report this bug again if the entire situation becomes more problematic.

In conclusion, I won't report this bug again because such cases are common, and the thing that causes them is the insufficient amount of soul gems collected.

Listen, I guess I wasn't the person who verified your article.
However, there's something which you have to keep in mind.
The entire Gamehag Moderation Team has a good reason for the disapproval/approval of articles.

In such cases, it's correct to double-check if you are mistaken or not because we don't reject articles only because we want to. Each article we verify is verified manually, and we are 100% sure in our actions.

The issue/question(s): The formatting of comment / thread text flies off after publishing.
Note: Greetings! As far as I understand, this is a rather old and well-known bug, but so far it seems that this topic has been raised only superficially and "in between".
The point is simple: I write a post or thread, do its formatting (i.e., add a bold font, an active link, etc., or even just break into paragraphs), but after publishing it, all my settings simply fly off. As a result, I edit the published text and do the formatting again, and everything is displayed correctly after saving the changes. As you can guess, I have two questions: a) is it possible to somehow avoid such a bug; b) is there any hope that the bug will be fixed.

P.S. Of course, I checked this on different browsers, cleared the cache, and so on.

I'll answer all your questions.

a) Nope, it isn't, because this bug has always existed.
Numerous members of the Gamehag Moderation Team have reported this bug, and I don't know if the Gamehag Team took any action against it.

b) It's hard to tell. It all depends on the Gamehag Team. I would report it, but this issue has been proclaimed so many times that I don't see any sense of reporting it again. In general, yes, there's hope, but not sure if this future implementation will take place soon.

The question: so there is these kinds of forums with the topic of comparing one thing to another (ex: Roblox vs Fortnite) and some of the replies just leave the title of their favourite game and that's about it or say they like one game without giving any reasons why they do. My question here is whether these types of replies can be considered spam because of how low effort they are.

In conclusion, such comments are considered invalid, but not always.
If you spot any users with such behavior, then feel free to report them :D
