GM Frozen Dec 13-14 + Bonds Requirement Review unlocked

The Global Map will be frozen from December 13, 0400 PT to December 15, 0400 PT. i.e. no battles on December 13 and 14. Also, we're looking into the concerns with bonds, and reviewing solutions. welp, its happening again lolz. Whatever you guys were playing for, the rules will change again. lets lock the thread so no one can talk about it. We are over halfway through the campaign and now we are going to change some things. good grief man. Stop killing your own game!!!!!
