Really? Buy the game to get gems? This is outrageous!
Good luck getting beyond the 5th campaign level for the Orcs without spending actual money, the AI will destory you with the 5-6 legendary cards they have while you have uncommons at best. Also you'll probably go up against other players 10 levels higher than you in quick play, no way to earn more gold for more booster packs to build a stronger deck.
