I heard that many people are unable to verify that they have done the quests. Those that have done it successfully give us any tips on why it might have worked for you.

You'll get 1 void shard by clearing the 12th normal campaign map and another void sharp by getting 252 stars in normal campaign ( it means you need to get 100% 3 stars in normal campaign ) .1. Pick Kael as your starter.2. Activate the raid card ( it's free trial for 7 days )3. Get your free newbie items and try your best to clear campaign as far as possible ( I normally stop at 3rd or 4th map )4. Keep replaying a level on the map to upgrade some minions to feed your Kael and Warmaiden ( free from clearing 1st map ) to 5*5. Don't forget to enhance your items ( Kael has to have Blood sucker set, which can get by log in for 4 days, 1 item per day, I finished in 2 days

i did install it but did not get the Gems , so i intalled it again , still not getting the gems , i though ppl would tell us how they got the Gem , and my pc cant screen shot , so im stuck , , i have never seen anyone take a Snapshot of pc unless it is on steam cz steam already has a shortcut ,

3.Complete the quest and take a screenshot proving your success.
4.Wait for the verification. It may take up to 48 hours.

the quest is just spam, like most of the quests the site has to offer. i dont know if i should blame gamehag or their parthners, but the result stays the same: a broken site, reaching to the point of being a scam one. in the old days, it used to be better
