Why is my first quest getting rejected

It shows that i have 5 wins shows my username, which is the exact same as my gamehag username, and as far as i can tell, nothing is wrong with it. Plz help someone

Mine got rejected, and I think it's because of my username. When I type YousifDuck1 as my username, It won't accept it and the username isn't taken. I think this happens because Duck rhymes with d**k.

If you want your first war thunder task to get accepted you need to send a screenshot and wait for it to get rejected, then contact either Misty or Gamehag Support in discord and then wait for them to accept it, it worked for me at least good luck guys, keep farming

leveling up is easier when you use planes focus on bombers as you can get a ton of points from ground units or bases, fighters are great once you have confidence in fighting one on one but bombers provide the defence of gunners and make sure to upgrade your crew and the training

Here is how i got 2 tasks accepted. Wait for your task to get rejected. Then contact Misty. Go to- I have a problem>Technical Problems>Other. Explain your situation here, Support replied for me in a few hours and I got my tasks accepted.
P.S-I used the screenshot of the medal to show my wins

The screenshot needs to be of your whole screen, not just the part with your username and stats.
If this doesn't work then contact support.

Hello, I had the same problem every single War Thunder tasks. You have to contact the admin and they will accept it manually if you did everything well. A little bit slow but worth it, trust me! ;)

Some people also were trying to do the task with the same account as they were using in Crossout so make sure that you've made new account specifically for War Thunder

War thunder would def reccomend, and you don't need exactly the amount of wins: I claimed 20 wins with 20+ wins, so that may not be the problem. Try support: they respond real quick, and are usually supportive

If the first task gets rejected, I recommend that you contact support. I think it always works but i'm not too sure.

Mine was rejected too I guess it is because I used Turkish language because Im Turkish. My username is the same as my gamehag account's username. I won exactly 5 battles. I resend the screenshot with english dub I hope it'll be accepted.

-Verify the quest by mail that they send you
-make sure your name ingame is the same or similar
- go to Character stats tab with all your wins
- take screenshot (full screen) and send it
i had resolution on 1980-1080 but not sure if a specific res. is needed

Worked fine here and got my gems after 7min.

_erty_erty: Click on the 'Complete' button next to 'Play for free button'. As for the screenshot, take fullscreen screenshot showing your player profile and username in game. Use ctrl + print scr and paste it in Paint or something. Your in-game username should also be similar to your Gamehag username.

My first quest got rejected as well. Granted my name in-game is different from this, But I made the account same-day as this one, And got exactly 7 wins, 1 loss. I sent a ticket in, Presumably under the context that I can sort this out and provide them my email STATING when I made the account.
