Hi, I got credit for getting to level 10, but I read here that a lot of people didn't, so what I did to ensure credit is:
1. Put Star Trek in Windowed mode.
2. Arrange my windows so Arc is visible behind the Star Trek Online window, with the part of Arc showing my Star Trek Online account name visible.
3. Make sure my character screen, showing my level 10 character information, was open in the Star Trek Online window.
4. I typed "hi" in chat, and it showed both my account name and my character name in the chat.
5. Then I took a screenshot, with all those things visible.
