La storia parla della crisi del mondo di Teleria, ormai sull'orlo del collasso a causa delle continue guerre portate avanti dalle forze oscure di Siroth, contro cui l'Arbiter cerca in tutti i modi di porre un argine. All'interno di tutto questo, ci troviamo a dover comporre un esercito di combattenti e liberare varie zone del mondo di gioco portando avanti le quest della Campagna , strutturate come semplici sequenze di combattimenti a difficoltà progressiva. Avanzando nel gioco si sbloccano anche altre modalità come i Dungeons (sostanzialmente simili alle quest), Arena, Clan Boss e Faction Wars che chiamano in causa anche il PvP, ma come struttura si rimane ancorati al classico RPG a turni dove tutto il gameplay ruota attorno alla gestione dei personaggi . Tanto per chiarire: l' autoplay è attivato di default ed è effettivamente la scelta migliore da adottare, considerando l'estrema ripetitività dei combattimenti e delle situazioni di gioco.Torniamo al più classico stile fantasy nella recensione di Raid: Shadow Legends per piattaforme mobile
