App Zone not working

Hi guys, Idk if I'm posting on the right forum section but I just wanted to ask if you have or had a problem with Appzone on the Gamehag App. It used to work but now it doesn't. Whenever I click on the watch video it just cannot play a video and says "Try Again". I've already reinstalled the app an contacted the support twice but this time I was very frustrated because they said:"Complete tasks on the main page." ***. I've done the whole War Thunder task, a lot of mobile app tasks and now while I'm sitting on 10k SG they say that I should complete tasks?! Oh well I hope you guys can help me out I seriously don't know what to do :(

I usually sit close to my wifi when doing appzone also when i see bugged the black screen blurring video i immediately close gamehag app and go to apps and notifications and clear cache then reopen gamehag app and start doing appzone. However i cannot comment what is happening recently as i dont have any game offers to do and appzone wants me to play a game so no comments. But try this trouble shooting method may be it works for you guys.

If u don't complete game tasks occasionally app zone won't give u rewards

Works for me just fine. Maybe try reinstalling the app.

it has not worked for me for quite a few months now, i dont know why it doesnt work.
