App Zone not working

Hi guys, Idk if I'm posting on the right forum section but I just wanted to ask if you have or had a problem with Appzone on the Gamehag App. It used to work but now it doesn't. Whenever I click on the watch video it just cannot play a video and says "Try Again". I've already reinstalled the app an contacted the support twice but this time I was very frustrated because they said:"Complete tasks on the main page." ***. I've done the whole War Thunder task, a lot of mobile app tasks and now while I'm sitting on 10k SG they say that I should complete tasks?! Oh well I hope you guys can help me out I seriously don't know what to do :(

So I am a new user and I havent used Appzone even once it says try again repeatedly. I have tried like 15-20 times when I open my gamehag app but still it doesnt work.

AppZone is giving me Soul Gems, but for some reason those gems aren't been counted as qualifying value. So, if i get to 500 SGs' for those chests that require me to get that amt. AppZone SGs' don't go

there is a daily on it like 100 Gems i think so you must eait 24 hours and than try again or if it says try again try again for 5 times it will work ;)

Still not working for me either. I hope that the issue can be resolved soon because I enjoy earning small amounts of soul gems throughout the day. Adds up over time and surprises you.

I have gained a total of 2 sgs from app zone. Later, never worked. I dont know if its just me but App zone just doent work. I would love it to work though. Some sg I can gain

App Zone has not been working for me at all, using the iOS app, no matter how many times I've tried. Please inform when it works as intended!
