I don't get what you are talking about...? I get no pop-ups at all for any YT videos. Are ya sure you're talking about World of Tanks, because even with creating a new account for gamehag, nothing pops up. Maybe you are talking about Premium tanks? Though I am not sure about those since I don't have any.
