Dont sell mannaz rune.

Mannaz rune is the yellow one that can be sold for 5 gems wich is worthless, if you use it you will get 2 more gems each day when you login (7 per day)if you calculate the bonus in total its 14 extra gems so insted of selling for 5 you can get 14 gems in longer period of time. Just my toughts.

How do you sell runes?

I believe that was available before, but that feature was retired. I've seen you can sell game keys from chests though (wouldn't recommend getting them, still).
TL;DR, you CAN'T sell runes now.

Once you have them in the backpack you can't. There was a possibility when you opened the chest to sell them, but I'm not sure that you can now on all the chests.
