I don't get the Soul Gems and I did this quest 3 weeks ago.
So the problem might be that its for new users only wich means that you have to download the game for the first time.

Bruh I did download the game and I am new user and got my Citadel leveled up to 10 but don't have the soul gems. :/ 
Where can I submit the support ticket? As Gamehag didn't inform me how to do it when I contacted them.
