That's because you're violating the Gamehag rules in some way.

Of course, there are some other methods, which can get you some good amounts of experience without commenting on the forum or articles, such as:

-Completing any in-game tasks;
-Carrying any contracts.

You can still comment on threads/articles, but next time, don't comment on SPAM threads or don't make meaningless comments.
If you follow my recommendations, I promise that you won't lose XP that often :)

Issue - i cannot access https://gamehag.com/soulgems page via desktop help this issue has been there from a couple of days now. I use this page to check my referral points.
Note - I just tested via my android app and this page is opening I can see my referrals as well. But issue remains with desktop chrome.

If you're using AdBlock or any similar software, consider disabling it.
If you aren't using any similar software, clear the cookies from your browser and try again.
If both methods don't work, try using a different browser. In case this method doesn't work, try contacting support since it could be a technical problem.

(Optional) Note: Hi :D, i am losing xp every day i dont spam and i am trying to help others etc. But every day i am losing xp, i can get to 50% of lvl 2 and i am falling to 20 % and i cant get the games i want and its so anoying. I post in non spam topics and still losing xp.

You have to keep in mind that there are other reasons which can get your experience deducted from your account. I'll give you an example with the most common one - meaningless comments. I think I verified some of your comments before, and most of them were insignificant, so please, make more meaningful comments, so you can prevent such cases in the future.

Let's talk about the second issue.

This bug has always existed, and somehow it has become "a part" of the platform.
I'm 100% that the administrators are already aware of this bug.

However, I cannot tell if they are working on fixing it. If the bug becomes more problematic in the future, I'll report it.

Issue - almost an year ago when via watching ads via appzone and it gave error that you need to do additional tasks to continue watching ads for sgs but now they want me to specifically play games. Thing is my country is Pakistan and i donot have game offers available all are used up in this specific scenario what shall i do. Cant i just do some quiz tasks under contracts to continue watching ads on appzone to get soul gems please guide me on how i can get appzone to work if i donot have games tasks available to play help.

(Optional) Note: Hi i am trying not to post "inappropriate" comments or something, but i lost -200 xp with no reason. My comments are not "spam" and i create topics that is not spam or inappropriate content. Can anyone tell me why my comments are deleted or someone is trolling with me? I cant get to lvl 3 with months. I am asking the moderator who deletes my comments to pm me or write the answer here :(

If you're losing experience, remember, there's always a reason behind it.
You might have violated the Gamehag rules in some way or maybe you bore the consequences for your past actions.

So i complete the task and i got the golden eagles and the wins but my task was rejected and it says i need to get the reward and use it in game. What does this mean?? I need to spend the golden eagles on something or what?? The task says that i need to earn them nothing else?? What can i buy with them??
