it's pretty cool. but I don't have jets yet so I can't really test it yet. But it's a great patch with tons of content.
You don't actually purchase fields. You claim them, depending on either you are on a protectorate or not. You claim them by putting a monument (guild or private) and then you can claim the fiefs around.
It's a bit of an unstable game and it's still being developed, but it's fun enough and has tons of features.
