    Review: Framed

FRAMED has already managed to conquer triumphantly through numerous gaming competitions and collect prizes all over the world, from China to Brazil. Making a bet on a new fashionable noir, developers from Loveshack Entertainment in no case lost their way, and according to the first screenshots it was already very clear: the players are waiting for something gloomy, but interesting. A few clips presented us with a simple but addictive gameplay, where everyone could make his own destiny within the framework of espionage history. And now, when the blessed and caressed FRAMED got to mobile devices, we can finally examine it in every detail.

Inspired not least by the "Sin City" and the criminal novels of Vernon Sullivan , the developers have created a non-trivial story that will unfold on the screens of our devices in the form of an action-packed comic strip. The detective starts at the moment when policemen come for the impersonal hero, and he, picking up the case with unknown contents, tears his claws.

The character is not armed, so meeting the hero face to face with the cops will end badly. The task of the player, as the reader and at the same time the creator of the comic book, is to save his virtual ward from arrest and death in every way possible. This is done by moving the available on the screen comics windows, each of which as a result, beyond recognition, can change the event series of a single screen. Moved the window with the door - and the entire corridor, along which runs, hiding from the pursuit, the hero, changes, which can not but affect the outcome of the chase. One sweep of the finger discharges the revolver of the cop, giving a chance to slip away. But do not forget that an awkward movement and inattention can also lead to the fact that the fugitive will be captured.

And although during the game, not a word is spoken (and even "bubbles" with text over the characters does not appear), the story is shown graphically and not without some zest. The subject twists, turning the picture upside down, will happen repeatedly, and we will become not just observers in this story, but the leaders of destinies. Unlike the wonderful Comix Zone , where the hero perfectly understood all the advantages of his position, the FRAMED characters do not try to destroy the "fourth wall", which makes us, in fact, a local gaming deity. A couple of times we will not just have to experiment with the space of the comics, but make completely untrue the original scenario of fraud. This approach pleasantly surprises and introduces new elements into the process.

Over time, game situations become more complicated, puzzles are also becoming a little more difficult, and in mechanics new tools for managing history will appear. Add to this this stylish visual series, pleasant animation, wonderful musical compositions on the background - and a wonderful interactive comic book, cold and atmospheric, ready. What can go wrong?
