Not really, there are four rows on the screen and black squared appear in those rows. You have to tap them before they go to the bottom of the screen. I don't think it will improve your piano skills but you might learn a song or two from the game.

No- It's more on reaction time, Honestly. Playing piano tiles doesn't make you play beethoven's songs on an actual piano after finishing the tutorial.

it doesnt help you to improve your piano skills, but lets you differentiate tones to some extent and also helps to improve your reflexes which will help you in the long term

No since you only tap the screen of your phone to play the game. It does not give or improve any piano skills but it can help you gain concentration and fast reflexes
