Chest purchase vs direct purchase

I directly bought a CS:GO skin from the reward section and it would take approximately 30 days to receive it. After, i then bought a chest containing CS:GO skins. After a few days, I got notified that the skin from the chest has arrived in my steam account but when I checked, it isn't there YET(?). Then how many weeks, my direct purchase arrived in my steam account and when I checked again it wasn't there but I waited for about an hour and it really arrived. To think that the skin from the chest notified first but isn't even there then the successful direct purchase proves that gamehag really..... can sometimes be frustrating...

direct purchase only - with chests you only get trash

I'm not concerned with the quality of the reward. The only concern I am referring to is will i really get my reward(it's been 2 weeks since the notification). P l e a s e R E A D

Geez. People be wanting to have exp to level up and not actually understanding the context. How do I lock this thread :/

@IIGalahadII The lock thread should be below the leave comment text box if you're using the browser version, but I can't really tell if you're using the app version. Btw like it's been mention before, contacting via Discord is pretty much the only way to ask when you'll get the reward.
