I got my SG 
for LordsMobile five days after reaching castle lvl 11 - so as long as you signed up for the game via the Gamehag app link, and your nickname in LordsMobile is the same as in Gamehag then you should be ok.
i registeried gamehags account same mobilelord but no effect how i can connect ?
