(I'm writing here cause sending ticket to support is pointless, the tickets just get lost in time, they should probably delete every ticket and start fresh with 0 tickets to clear out old and useless ones, as the ones who need help will just send their ticket again)

It's most likely that the game was temporarily out of stock at the time they verified your purchase, so the system automatically kicked in and refunded you.
