How can I complete first task " reach 4th rank "

This game works best if you have 3 other friends that wanted to play because Castle Crasher offers up to 4 people CO-OP! on the same device or steam connect. Also, if you didn't have that many friends, you can let the game find you a partner and finish the game together!

i've reached rank 4, sent a screenshot and it got rejected. what did i do wrong? as in rank 4 they mean like "level" 4 right?

better experience

quest has gotten rejected for the third time now. I've even made a screenshot while i had the game in windowed mode showing rank 4 and in the background i had my Gamehag account open to show my GH username and everything, still got rejected, only stating "make sure you did everything right" . i've tried all comnbinations i can think of.

I've uninstalled the game and stopped playing for now untill we can get an clear description of the task, this is not worth the time whatsoever.

by rank do they mean level? or faction level?
