Phantom Forces guns are so much closer to the real ones especially the effects, Arsenal is an easy quick game and guns would have a lot of flaw but I'd still go for Arsenal since you need to buy guns in Phantom Forces.
to me , phantom forces , because it adds color and life to the game and arsenal is kind of an easy game becasue you can tell which one is your enemy based on the color
