you dont need the same mail, however you NEED to have the account registered through gamehags link and with a very similar username, i needed 2 different accounts for gaijin crossout and war thunder tasks and they worked

screen shot your whole window if you can because I got it after I did that and make sure you get the TOTAL victories at the very top not the victories at the bottom
