my task keeps getting rejected

Why is my task keeps rejecting I win 5 battles, I used my gamil i used in my gamehag acc. I take screenshot windowed... But they keep rejecting me.. just why? why gamehag why :(.

Can anynody explain the 3rd task? It clearly shows that I need to win 20 battles, but I got rejected because "You need to get the reward and use it in game." So confused.
