You're task will be rejected all the time for no reason,

Same here. They keep telling me to get a reward and use it in game. I have submitted a ticket via the contact page but will likely get a generic response. This is the second time they've repeatedly rejected a task that I did correctly--not a good look.

Update: I submitted the ticket and my task was accepted! Try doing that if you haven't.

i completed the castle lvl 6 and took a screen shot of it and it got rejected today @ 4:20 pm anyone have ideas on how to get your castle lvl 6 approved.

I have that issue too, Game of Thrones Winter is Coming has been rejected.. You need to get the reward and use it in game.

The reason why gamehag refused your accomplishements is either that you only showed the castle itself or your username is not the same as the one you used on gamehad. I had it rejected for the first time, but after looking at the conditions closely I was able to get my quest completed.

Yup I was even banned twice after claiming the reward. Now I can't connect and rejected my screenshot again wtff

Mine was rejected for no reason and banned. Their bots are getting out of hand for this game in particular.

Mine worked for the first task, just waiting now to see what the second is

so I started the quest but the server was down for updates & by the time I actually GOT to teh game I no longer remembered the requirements "verify your email" and "set your nickname similar to you gamehag username", and as gtarcade didn't TELL ME to verify my email NOR tell me that I even CAN choose my own nickname, I didn't because I no longer remembered those were requirements & now my completion was rejected, the requirements should be available even while user is in the process of working towards the completion, not just at the beginning
