You won't get any good skins by just playing, you have to open cases or buy skins. You get a drop every week for levelling up, but you'll probably get a case or graffiti.
The maximum of drops you can get every week is 4 i believe,but getting a descent skin doesnt happen very often.
What are your thoughts on Case sites? i just want something :( i keep picking up team mates guns and they always have cool skins!
