I think it really depends on your personal situation (region, what services you already have, whether you buy a lot on amazon already). Recently my household switched from Netflix to Prime, but we also do shop on amazon sometimes and make use of Twitch prime which is included.

Something I haven't seen mentioned is that Twitch prime gives you some games every month, sometimes for steam or origin or gog, but mostly for amazon's own service, as well as one 'free' monthly sub as mentioned above.

You should think of how many services you're going to use. Compare the prices and choose the best one.
