Get rid of the Frog/Toad system (or at least the toad part of it)

Some users cannot actually play a lot of the games on here due to the restrictions of having to have an up to date computer (for instance I still use a 10 y/o Dell ... family forces other priorities). Therefore it seems quite a harsh punishment (to say the least) for that situation to actually take the soul gems that they have earned off them when they cannot meet the conditions of earning (especially when you also strip games out of rotation that members are half way through completing) It REALLY seems like an excuse to force members to do more work while avoiding paying the ones who can't do as much ... not what I have come to know from GH to date, and certainly not an attractive or nice turn.
