Wait time for reward is longer than written

So I just ordered 10 euros for Steam. It was saying, I should get my reward in 24hrs but 24hrs have already passed and nothing happened. Is it normal that it takes longer than promised?

Idk , i ordered 2 game and got them in 3h. :/

It is written 24 hrs but they have up to 30 days to deliver the reward to you.

I get super fast rewards

Ok, I already have it. Was delayed just a little bit.

But why do they have 30 days when they are promising 24 hours?

Most of the rewards are delivered in 30 days but when they write this one is going to be delivered in 24 hours I see no reason why should it be delivered in 30 days..

How do they deliver reward?

You order it and in your inventory you will see the reward. The reward will be being prepared for dispatch. When the process is done you will receive a notification. Usually in the notification will be your code for Steam.

Inventory is under your profile picture (top right corner).
