Yes you can get it as a drop, but its very very very rare. Legend says that if you play a specific map you have increased chances to get items as drops from that map collection. So you can try playing cobblestone if you want. But probably wont get dragon lore its very rare. Also you need to level up to get a weapon drop and you can get one each week.
