it really depends on what you want to play, if you want something fast but with that competitive edge to it, wingman is the choice, maybe you don't have time for a whole comp match or you are with only one of your friends and you don't wanna paly with 3 strangers in mm, because you can get some really bad teammates and you can de-rank. But if you have the time and you have a team you're good with, its a no-brainer to choose comp.

competitive is better when you have full lobby, but i prefer wingman as solo/duo play, you have faster games and you can carry 1v2, carry 1v5 is harder

wingman faster to

I practice with wingman before I play comp because it just warms up your mind :)
