it happened to me too... i too need alts.
It happens to everyone, cs should change this rule like maybe more than 2 or shorten cooldown times
I think they do this so pros can't just make new accounts and get higher rankings for their first few games
The cool down is only for people who haven't completed the first 10 games to get a rank.
Because you don't already have a rank
