FPS drop issue

I have a pretty decent spec on my PC yet I get FPS fluctuations while playing CSGO. I have an i5 7300HQ processor, 8GB DDR4 RAM and GTX 1050 4GB card and I barely get 50-60 fps and it drops to about 40 fps a lot. Any fix for this issue?
