Getting rejected for not having a new account?

So, I'm confused. When doing the first neverwinter task (Reaching level 10) and sending a screen shot with my user at level 10 and with the name similiar to mine in Gamehag. I showed my Gamehag account in another Tab as well. It was rejected for not being a new account even though I just made it. I'm not sure what exactly to do, I did everything correctly I'm just not sure how to prove that my account was new.

you have to make sure you registered your account through the gamehag link, i suggest making a new account
